The only printer I'm aware of that does everything on your wish list is the Canon MP980. Unfortunately it’s rather over your rather optimistic £100 budget; it appears to go for nearer to £250.

Epson may have something suitable. I did have a quick look at their website but found it too annoying and broken to bother with.
