Assuming a reasonable budget, but not ott one of these would do the trick.
My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £179.04
(includes shipping: £11.10)
The antec while only bronze has plenty of spare capacity and should have all the connections you need.
The Super flower which should be more than enough, but only has 3 PCI-E connectors so you would have to use Molex to PCI-e power cable if your x280s use two PCI-e power connections each.
But if I were you I'd be selling the x280s while their prices are ott and buying a single card.

Basically would give at least 250W per card
