The Superflower is the better unit even if it has 2 years less warranty. The XFX only has a single 6+2 pin pci-e power lead. The Superflower has a pair of 6+2 pin leads and a stronger 12v rail of 408w compared to 396w of the XFX.

The op is running an FX-4100 and a 8800GT. Even a Corsair CX would be fine with this sort of setup.
