My Antec NEO has just resigned! What should I get to replace it?

The Antec was only 480w which is fine for my needs (I have replaced it on a temporary basis with a 350w PSU), I would like it to be as quiet as possible, and have some sort of fan control as I had that on the Antec. I would also like a modular PSU as this will help to reduce un-necessary cables in the case.

No real budget just something for under £70.

Thanks for the suggestions, what do you think to the Antec NeoHE 430W Modular ATX2.0 PSU, I'm sort of tempted by this one as I know it has the features I want.

The other one I'm very tempted by is the Tagan TG530-U15 530W ATX2.01 Easycon SLi Compliant Modular Silent PSU the only thing that worries me with this one is that I had one a couple of years ago and it suffered from the ticking problem, is this still an issue with them?

I almost wish I could have both but that would be stupid!

Can't fault a seasonic, but tagan's seem to be built just as well. nothing wrong with antecs either, but seasonic and tagan just seem to be the more reliable at the moment.
