After a decent modular PSU for my PC...

My PC will be;

C2D E8400 (trying to get OC'ed to 3.6ghz +)
4GB DDR2 Memory
HD4870 X2 GFX
2 x 150GB Velociraptors
1 x 320GB HDD
1 x 500GB HDD
LG Blu Ray Drive

I've been looking at;

Corsair HX 1000W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-1000HXUK)
Enermax Infiniti 720W EIN720AWT ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU
Enermax Galaxy 850W EGX850EWL ATX2.2 Modular PSU

In that case, would the Corsair HX 620W ATX2.2 Modular SLI Compliant PSU (CMPSU-620HXUK) be enough and have enough power and cables required for the X2?

I've seen them, but must admit I didnt know what to think....wasnt sure if it was just a cheap brand

Has anyone got one to give me an opinion?

Well enough.
4870X2 peaks at ~265W and E8400 around 30W at stock so you would have to do some heavy CPU overclocking/volting in trying to get peak draw above 400W.

See here for some good reviews:

Personally the 1000W is overkill but you never know, you might add another 4870x2 at some point so if you can afford it, it is currently about the best psu you can buy end of story.

PC Power and Cooling 750W Quad.

Cheaper than Corsair in many places.

Money no object?

Corsair 1000W.

PC Power and Cooling and Corsair, both better than Zalman.
