Spec me a PSU

Looking for a VERY quiet PSU for a new system I'm building and could do with some help. The system will be a Core i5 760 with a Corsair H50 cooler, 8GB DDR3, SSD and 2 x 1TB Drives, nVidia 9800GT.

Any advice would be fab.

Stulid has reccmended a very good quiet psu, as for hard drives, id reccomend samsung F3's, got one of the 500gb models last week, so quiet i wonder if it's working lol.

the psu still has a fan, but is very silent from the reviews, Its not a modular psu if this bothers you?

Nah being modular doesn't bother me really but the one you linked to says its modular.

oh, was looking at slightly the wrong psu in the review, the one i linked is modular, if it has a ST instead of HP then its not modular

Very quiet indeed. I have the 1000W one, and it even has a feature that absorbs the frequencies that the PSU is emitting when it's on idle, so you won't get any vibrations.

I have the 750 watt Zalman in my HTPC and you have to put your ear to the case to hear it.
