main requirements will be:

can power 2 6870 cards
good cable management
good price

PS: should i go modular or not?

Go to this link http://extreme.outervision.com/psucalculatorlite.jsp and fill out ur entire spec, will spec ur expect wattage requirement for you, if cable management is a must then yes, modular is the way to go

650W will do (with 4 pcie connectors), but 750W gives room.

i agree id go for a 750w to be safe for future upgrades as well. btw ive never had a modular power supply before does it come with all you need or do i have to sort them out myself?

yeah the cables come with it, you just attach the ones you need and keep the rest in a bag/box the psu came in.
and the main ones are already attached to the psu(cant unhook) such as the 24 pin and 8 pin.
