Spec me a PSU

I need a PSU for an i5 (OCed to 4.4) set up running a single GTX 470.

I something that will last a good few years and is very quiet. No budget constraints but obviously the price needs justifying with decent value for money. I supposed I expect to pay anywhere from 60-100.

I have never had any problems with cooler master. They are great quality
