Spec Me a PSU!

I am in need of a new PSU for my TJ07 build.

Budget around £140.
Must be Modular - I don't mind sami with just 24 pin and 8 pin fixed.
705W-850w or more.
80PLUS Silver or Gold

Found couple of PSUs
Silverstone SST-ST85F-G Strider 850W £132
Corsair CMPSU-850HXUK HX 850W £120

I like the Silverstone one as it is fully modular, but compared to Corsair, it only has 2 year warranty(corsair has 7)

Any thing else out there which is better or equally good that I have missed?
Any advise is appreciated!

I have seen this but dont like the yellow fan and connectors!

Personal taste I suppose. Stick with the Corsair then. You can't really go wrong. If you wanted to spend a bit less. OCZ have a modular gold rated one for 100 quid or so. However for 20 quid, I'd certainly be buying the Corsair.
