Spec me a PSU

Must be modular since my new build i7 is a mess with a load of cables from my Seasonic 650W that I can't hide !

750W ample. I want a good brand as well - the Seasonic has been a legend and will go into my garage Lab PC. I dont want to go much over £100 and cheaper if possible.
