spec me a psu

hi so im thinking of building a computer but i dont know what power supply i will need the specs will be

Intel core I5 2500k 3.30ghz
nvida gtx 570 gfx
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V Intel Z68 (deluxe)
Kingston HyperX Genesis Grey 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel
Corsair A50 CPU Cooler Cooler
case:Corsair Carbide Series 500R
i might overclock the CPU but im not to sure just incase that helps=)

I think the Antec has the edge on electrical performance\noise, but the PCP&C is modular if that makes any difference to you.

Modular lets you plug in just the power cables you're using in the PC, non-modular means all the cables are fixed.
