Spec me a PSU

I have my uncle's computer that has malfunctioned. The coil in the PSU has ejected out of the circuit board slot and totally gone. SO needs a new PSU.

It's an oldish Packard Bell PC around 230W I believe.

I need a PSU that has at least
1 x molex
1 x sata cable
1 x 24 pin cable
1 x 4 pin CPU cable (think it's CPU cable - definatly 4pin)

Any cheapish recommendations up to about 50 notes

IO have looked at the options and there's plenty under 50 notes, but not sure if they have the criteria I need.

As you only need no more than 230W, get free postage and want to order something that is in stock, I'd suggest either this as the cheapest option or this as the best.
