Spec me a psu

As title looking for a nice psu that will power a ryzen 1600 with a 3.8 oc and an nvidia 1060.

Looks like a quality 400w psu will be good but is that aiming too low?
Will he running an m.2 and a mechanical had with 3 case fans and the cpu cooler and not much else

Modular psu would be great and case is the be quiet 800. I'm hoping to upgrade to a full size at board next week however I doubt that would make much dif to psu

The only thing you might need is a 8pin ATX extension if the PSU cable isnt long enough to reach upto the CPU socket area.

More powerful PSUs do tend to have longer cables as well as more connectors.
