Spec me a quiet 92mm fan

Getting sick of my whining YS-Tech 92mm fan. It pushs ok airflow, but the whining is getting to me now.

Ideally I'd like a fan which can match or beat the Ys-Tech's airflow. But while remaining near silent at full speed.

Would a rubber mount help? The 92mm fan is going on the Thermalright SP-94 heatsink.

Rubber mount probably won't help unless its vibrational noise.

Nexus ones are completely silent, but not much airflow. Try a panaflo, the 120mm version i have is brilliant for noise to airflow ratio.

Panaflo is absolutely the best - especially the newer ones that use the NMB-Panaflo bearings. If you want it extra quiet, go for one WITHOUT a tachometer.
