What is your budget and what are the uses? Those questions need answered before anyone can help really. I'm assuming that you only want those three parts replaced also otherwise you'll need to specify exactly what parts you want.

Have a look at the titan cpu coolers and Artic Cooling Accelero cooler for you're graphics card if you;'re using the orginal ones supplied with the processor and graphics card.
