Spec me a quiet Nvidia card

In an HTPC I'm using a fanless ATI 7750, but I'm not a great ATI fan so would like to change to an Nvidia card.

I can't find many fanless Geforce cards that will out perform the 7750, buit is there a fairly quiet on?

Well, the 650 (non 'ti') is a smidge faster than the 7750 overall, though I'm not quite so sure about the noise side of things. I'd look into asking customer services about one of the Inno3D range :
