spec me a quiet psu

The rattling on my tagan is driving me nuts! My current system is not up to much so I presume I don't need anything too high powered although something slightly future proof would be nice. Also I want something as quiet as possible!

XP-M 2500+
1GB PC3200 RAM
Radeon 9800PRO
1 SATA HDD
DVD-ROM
DVD+-RW

Akasa Ultraquiet are suppose to be really good, fairly cheap too

Going to aim for around 400W?

I've got an Akasa Ultraquiet 450w, which i would say is quiet, im running an athlon 3200+ and a 1950pro off mine and works a charm, so i guess Akasa is my reccomendation too

Seasonic S12. Superb psu's. Especially the Energy+ ones. Mine is completely silent.

I couldn't fault my S12 in a single way. Rock solid voltages, loads of cables with good length, and dead silent. In my silent pc, can't even hear it at load.
