Unfortunately, when I built my new PC last year I neglected to to upgrade the RAM.
Even more stupidly I put 4GB of my current RAM in a new build for my Mum, so I've only got 8GB in my system when I was surviving with 12GB. So anyway. Gives me an opportunity to go to 32GB doesn't it
I run VMs quite a bit, and sometimes have to deal with large and plentiful Photoshop documents. I don't game that often (but do a bit) 16GB would probably be fine, but I'd prefer to get 32GB of matched RAM to avoid complications later. I expect this current rig (in my sig) of mine to last a good few years at least.
I like the look of the Dominator Platinums. I have a windowed case so there is an argument for buying kit I like the look of
Is there any point going over 1866Mhz?
