Spec me a replacement PSU please

OK so I'm looking for a replacement PSU ( specs below)...will this do that job? ...I'm assuming it will but wanted some opinions and advice from those who know more than I do ....just to say I have no Overclocks set up.

also i have 5 case fans via molex

Will be ample, and you may be fine with a smaller one too (possibly even the 450W, although it wouldn't leave any headroom for upgrading to SLI, for example).
