meh anti corrosives in the fluid and you'll be fine, the people running passive set ups on here have aluminum (assuming that's what you mean when you say alloy) tube rads and they have no issues.
Mixed metals in direct contact is a really bad idea agreed.
But mix metal loops isn't a major issue (completely normal in europe and usa)
All you need - as Tefal said - is a premixed coolant (or addative)
Also both res's above are anodized, the second staged of this process (sealing) add a impermeable layer over the oxidised aluminum so the metal does not come in contact with the coolant.
I should note that 'pure' water is acidic so shouldn't really be used with anodized or plated stuff. Adding a few dopes of mayhems biocide extreme will sort that out.
There are no large copper res's - so it's a long tube res from one of the many makers
