Spec me a rig!

I have been given a budget by a friends partner of £335 to build a gaming PC for him as a surprise for his birthday. That is the maximum she will spend. I'm wondering if all here could spec me a rig without Monitor, OS, Keyboard & Mouse. He only plays WOW, the Total war series and management type games. Apart from that it will be used for simple Internet browsing and basic office work. Any help is appreciated.

337.73 OK? I know its over, but only just, Id of liked to put the x4 athlon in but that pushes it another fiver over to around 342, if it really MUST be under 335 then drop back to the x2

thats a good spec, cant do much better myself either. Would say tho, the extra £5 is worth it for the x4
