Spec me a router

Right, housemate A has been moaning that he can't play games due to housemate B "Totally ruining his ping" by downloading stuff. I can't find any way to limit who gets what bandwith with my BeBox router so housemate A wants to buy another router so we can do this.

Any suggestions?

Might want to say if you want wifi, cable/adsl, price range and required wifispeed (54,108,draft-N)

Anything with QoS will see you good to go
