Spec me a screen please

I just need a cheap screen. Maybe around 17 to 19 inch WS? Just used for browsing and documents. Cheapest there is. I don't care really about response times or colour depth but it must be flat screen.

Surely you could have found this yourself if you are not bothered about spec and just want the cheapest? All you've got to do is go to the monitors section, choose the size, and sort by price ascending.
