Spec me a screenshot saver program

Basically, I want a program that will save a screenshot to a preconfigured filenamexxx1 kinda thing, in whatever folder, instead of having to paste the copied image from the clipboard everytime into an image editing package.

Preferably something that just captures the active window (alt+prnt scrn), but with just 1 button, possibly an option for full screen/active window capture.

Another freeware program that you may be interested in is 'FastStone Image Viewer'...I find it to be a remarkable program that has just about every option available to manipulate images into any format you care to name...and of course the price is unbeatable...
