Spec me a secent starter Camera for a 7 year old.

My daughter is starting to show a decent eye for a photograph and all shes been using so far is a camera phone.

She used to have a Amazon childrens camera that has poor resolution and now the wife and I would like to get her something a bit more grown up.

If anyone has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate any help you can offer.

Used Sony RX100 MK 3 for about £275 maybe

I was in the same boat last year with my 8 year old, managed to get a used Canon 100d and 18-55mm for £300ish from MPB.
Size was great, not to big or not to small, I've previously shot with Canon so know the menus, really easy for her to navigate and not a lot to mess up.

Might as well start off with a proper interchangeable lens camera rather than a compact as it gets you learning the technical aspects of photography faster.
