I'm wanting to build a server
I'm wanting to mount it into a case like this if possible:

Although I'm guessing they won't be enough room for the drives in a ITX
The idea is to use the machine to run server 2019, I'm hoping to get a local domain running, and maybe configure DNS and DHCP to learn more about ITbusinessessses.
Have a plex server running on a TrueNAS VM
Have a W10 VM client for domain client testing (GPOs etc)
Have a windows 2019 server VM
Have my games stored on the server and be able to boot from from my main PC upstairs that has the GPU power.
I'm wanting to get SSD Caching if this is going to help the speed of the server/games running as I'm guessing it will still use the processing power to load things on my server than the graphics part on my main PC
Need help with:
not sure which raid set-up would work best?
what ITX motherboard CPU and ram do I need?
what drives are going to be best?
total storage = 4TB, but would like 8tb ideally if not too much money. (again would be also nice to have 2x for a raid 1) or some form of the raid to improve speeds and still have redundancy?
I'd like to spend £500 but I know I'm probably dreaming, I definitely don't mind buying some stuff second hand.
