spec me a server!

hi all i am wanting to build a server for hosting games on cod4 (hopefully!) on linux, hosting files over the network and maybe a webserver
i will use ubuntu server edition
here is a pic of the specs i have chose

is there anything i will need (or dont need?)
it will be hosted at home and i would like it to be silent if possible
are any of the components ott?
do i need any better ones?

i think the psu will fit in the case?
can some people link me to some more suitible options then step it up by one

i chose the cheapest 4nm cpu to keep temps down
i deffo want a small case
i dont have a clue what motherboard but there is little choice when it comes to micro atx
and i will look into raid hdd's

ok updated the specs to this

but i have replaced the 280 micro atx psu with a Enermax Pro 82+ 385W EPR385AWT ATXv2.3 Silent PSU
i will be keeping it in a large cupboard in my room

no i will get a cheap roll up keyboard and mouse but i am hunting for a really cheap tft flatscreen (don't care about size or quality as it will be running text based interface)

just picked my self up a 15 inch hp flatscreen for 30 quid posted

until this server is running ill use it as my msn screen on my current set-up while playing games

i will but for setting it up i cant be bothered hooking it up to my big pc monitor and with the screen i can update the system faster and dont need my other pc running also if i have a problem i can acess the pc without having to remove it from the cupboard
