Spec me a Shampoo

At the moment I just use normal Head & Shoulders but once my hair drys its always soft, dull and poofted up. I want me hair to be shiny with very little volume. So which shampoo and conditioner would be best?

I can understand someone asking opinions and advise on all sorts of stuff but when you can't pick yourself a shampoo you have got serious problems.

The guy just wants some advice on shampoo... how is that any worse than asking what kind of Razor you use?

As for the original question - Timotei I find is the nicest stuff
