Spec me a...shampoo!

Well, yes.

Anyway I have hair down to my shoulder blades. It used to be nice and thick and the like but recently I've not been treating it so well and thus it has gone somewhat thin.

Obviously trampy and unkempt is not the look I like digging so can anyone tell me some decent shampoos/conditioners that might help the situation.

I'll also get it trimmed soon so that should help as well.

Anyone that says just shave it all off, gets kicked.
