Spec Me a Silent CPU Cooler

Evening Chaps,

So, I've been running a new i3 based build for the past month or so and I am currently in pursuit of a PC that is as silent as I can possibly make it, however while gaming the stock Intel CPU cooler ends up making a noticeable racket. So replacement time it is! I've got around £25 kicking about that can be used, may be able to stretch by £10 however cheaper would be better.

So, as the title says: Spec Me a Silent CPU Cooler

Edit: I have the Fractal Design Define Mini so the cooler cannot stand taller than 165mm

My favorite is Zaward Vapor 120. Great cooling for a very low price.

For £20 you will find it hard to beat the Xigmatek Gaia CPU Cooler, its very quiet and excellent cooling but its tall

Alpenfohn triglav is your best bet. It fits your budget and isn't loud. Very easy to install as well.

If you can stretch a bit more then you could get a cooler master 612s and run it passively.
