Spec me a silent GPU

My GeForce 560 Ti failed on me and I've been using my brother's card since. However, he now wants it back, so I need to buy a replacement. Can someone please spec me a replacement. Looking for something as silent as possible as the wife isn't happy with the racket my current card makes as the PC is in the main living room acting as my Media Centre and preferably something small and low profile. Also, I'll need it to have HDMI ports as I'll be buying a 40" TV soon to replace my 23" monitor.

Thanks for the reply. I think I might need something a little more powerful. I've just played GTA V with a lot of settings turned down on my 560 Ti and I'm hoping to play the upcoming Batman game. I was thinking maybe around the £100 mark in terms of budget. Something that'll hopefully last me a few years, but play games comfortably with as minimal noise as possible. Don't mind sacrificing the low profile factor.

I think at around those prices you'll be looking at either a silent card (750Ti) or a slightly more powerful but louder card (270X):

750Ti - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-028-PL&groupid=701&catid=1914&subcat=1854

270X - https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=GX-162-PC&groupid=701&catid=56&subcat=1982

You could also look into second hand cards like a 7950/ 7970 or 760 for around £100, but I don't think they do silent versions of those. Guessing you'll be playing at 1080p?
