Learn some html and css. Or hire someone to do it. Its the only real way if you want it to look at all ok.

Cheers guys, I'll do some pricing research as to commissioning someone.

Anybody rate Rapidweaver? Saw it whilst browsing around and though it looked proper simple.

If you just want a quick and decent(ish) looking site you could use iWeb.

If you want a slick Web 2.0-looking site.. go see some designers with your ideas, or buy some books and learn all the code yourself.

iWeb isn't the most efficient, but it's free with all Macs and is very user friendly. Suprisingly, you can make some decent sites if you have the patience.
