Spec me a small build for no more than £400

I have someone who wants me to build them a small compact PC for no more than £400. He currently has a shuttle pc so therefore wants something about the same size. He is a photographer by trade so will be taking the PC to events such as weddings etc and will be connecting 4 monitors (usb hub I presume) to it using multi seat software.
