Hey all,

Currently have a build from about 4 years ago that's noisier than a 747 and draws all of the power.

Moving house so want something smaller and quieter, preferably to sit next to/under the TV.

Not looking for running newest games in Ultra settings, but things like planet coaster, prison tycoon, games that require a bit of grunt but nothing serious.

Budget, £500?

Cheers :)

Why have you got 2 psu's ?

Why would you spend almost £140 on a motherboard with a £500 budget ?

SSHD's are a waste of cash. Might as well just go with a regular hard drive.

It will bust your budget - and then some - but look at the Streacom DB4 for added spousal approval.

My basket at Overclockers UK:

Total: £937.54
(includes shipping: £11.70)

You could also use a GTX 1060.

How hot do you think a pentium is going to run to warrant a £250 case and £120 psu ?

A HTPC case, low profile cooler and an SFX psu would do the same thing for way less.

This is based on what is in stock (there aren't may HTPC cases in the lower price bracket that are in stock, so I went for a standard micro ATX case), and I added a CPU cooler since stock coolers don't know the meaning of silence (plus they suck).
