As above, want a smaller can for the bike as stock one on mine sticks out a bit wide and is v long. Willing to make some "adjustments" to the mounts to fit something else...what is recommended by you bikers?

Other things:

Going to do chain and sprockets by myself - any pit falls to look out for? Im spanner competent so not phased by this at all.

Also looking for advice on front disks and pads - Ive heard good things about EBC kevlar pads but what disks or other reccomendations?

Cheers,

Perry.

Cheers for the replies.
I have a chain tool I can borrow so no issues there.
Im liking the sound of the upping the rear by two teeth - sounds a good upgrade.
As to the exhaust - found a few and will keep looking.
Pads - want more bite so will do pads and disks same time - probably dont need doing but want more stopping power.

Im desperate for a fuel guage - reckon its do-able to fit newer clocks with the guage and fit the sender to one of the 1997 CBrs?

Yep, see where you coming from with the sprockets - seems like a done deal!
No braided hoses but on my list - so will check pads tonight and consider doing pads/hoses/calipers.

Yes - guess I need to get used to using the trip counter - looks like helluva lot of work to change the clocks to newer ones.
