Hi all

Can anyone spec me a smart watch please? Ideally a garmin so it works under the same app as my edge 820 bike computer so all fitness is in one place. I'd love it to be able to monitor my heart rate when I go for a run, maybe by linking to the heart monitor from the 820, HRM3-SS.(?). Sleep monitor and general water proof a bonus so I can wear it when I'm 'play' swimming while teaching my son to swim.

Cost range is about £150 but I'll go higher if needed as I still have money left over from my parents from Christmas.

Any suggestions Ocuk?

I'd say take a look at the Garmin vivoactive 3 or, if you're willing to go second hand, the 235 as I'm not sure it'll fit under budget if bought new.

Both of them are technically a generation old now but the newer ones don't offer enough for the price different in my opinion just subtle changes.

I got a 245 music for ~220 via eBay, and I love it. Running specific, but does include other (swim, cycle, sleep etc.) functions too. Music version pushed the price up a bit because I wanted the ability to stream my spotify playlists without carrying my phone on runs, but the non music version often comes up cheaper.
