examples: kill bill, resident evil(movie), metal gear solid 2

dramatic : the irreversible soundtrack , creates a crazy weird and moody atmosphere thats quite creepy to listen too actually , suits the film amazingly well

cool : soundtracks from most tarantinos films are what id say where "cool" . he has a good tatse in music if its him picking them (i believe it is)

Depends on what you mean by cool, i think one of the coolest soundtracks ever was the Bullitt soundtrack, lots of nice Jazz music

Jackie Brown has a great soundtrack. As does a Knight's tale.

Dramatic/Sad i think the city of Angels soundtrack is good too. Also the Deer Hunter.

Matrix trilogy is a nice mix of 'cool' and 'dramatic'. My personal favorite is the Matrix Reloaded, got some very nice bits of music in it.
