So, tesco had all the brussel sprouts that had to be used before christmas reduced to 10p. So we bought 2 large bags of them. Now we need to think of something to do with them. Anybody have any interesting ideas for using our sprouts?

1lb mashed potato
two chopped onions, fried
10oz boiled sprouts - drained and roughly chopped.

Season, mix together and fry in a big lightly oiled frying pan.
