Spec me a - Standalone VoIP phone please

Looking to get my dad a standalone VoIP phone so he can take advantage of his inclusive VoIP minutes on his Plustnet Business Broadband Option 2 package.

A standalone phone is required as there is no permanent pc present at the business. Nothing fancy as it only needs to handle one VoIP line. Nothing fancy needed.

I've got no idea where to start so any help would be great!!

You can get an RTX DUALphone 3088 for about £50. Just google it.

I've just had a quick look. Is the phone Skype only? The plan is to use the inclusive Plusnet minutes.

It also looks like the phone is 6 years old. Are there any more recent phones that anybody could recommend?
