Spec Me a Streaming Media Solution

Hey guys, here is what i want to do:

Stream media from my PCs (and macs) to the telly in the lounge.
The lounge tv uses a scart input which is connected to a freeview box.

Wireless is provided by my bt home hub but the PCs and Macs are wired.
I would like to just be able to watch movies and what no from either internal or external HDDs.

What are my options.

The Live version is important if you watch MKV files with DTS; the Live version has a DTS decoder built-in whereas the other versions don't
