Spec me a sub 140 quid monitor

Thinking of buying a SAMTRON 74V widescreen but can't find any reviews.

They are 178€ so a nice price for a 17" widescreen.

I don't want to pay more than 200€ for a monitor anyway.

Are there other sub 140 quid monitors I should be looking at?

There's quite a few 19" widescreen for around that price.
