Spec me a system £500

I need a system speccing for my brother please. £500 budget.

Doesn't need periphirals or a monitor, just the base unit.

Powerful as poss for the price. Graphics card doesn't need to be particularly amazing because games won't be played, but a capable one would be nice.

Aceshigh spec is good, just another variation for you to look at. Not seen any reviews of this gfx card yet but looks superb on paper for the money.
