Spec me a system

Ok the time has come to replace my 3year old pc, got about £500-600 im after a gaming pc i know i wont get a lot for this much money but id like something that would run todays games on decent settings. Got a monitor disk drives and a HD so i just need the rest. Was thinking of going AMD way ive seen the AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 3800+ for this weeks only price id kinda like that tbh but if its gonna stop me from getting good bits for the rest of the pc spec me something else.

I'd probably suggest something like this as being suitable, it will play most games out there at pretty decent speeds and resolutions.
