Spec me a tablet

I'd like to get a a tablet for web browsing and watching films/tv whilst travelling. I won't be playing any 3D games on it so don't need the highest spec processor, but good battery life and a reasonable screen are preferable. My spec is:

* > 9" screen
* Capacitive touchscreen
* Android OS
* At least 32GB storage
* Multi-User support

I was thinking of the Google Nexus 10 but it's quite expensive (around £315 for the 32GB version). Is there anything cheaper/lower-spec that still has multi-user support?

Admins: would this thread be better in "Mobile Phones and Tablets" rather than here? After reading the thread on GD about sub-forums I think maybe this is more for things like Windows RT tablets rather than Android tablets.
