Hello there people,
I was wondering if you could spec me a build for 500£ but it must include the OS.

I was going to wait till christmas because I will have about 900£ but I need it soon and only have 500£. I will get the extra 400£ to upgrade it around christmas.

I hope its possible to have an i5 2500k processor and an asrock extreme4 gen 3 mobo and 8gb of ram.

Sorry if I havent explained it very well, didn't know how to ask this.

Thanks in advance.:D

If anyone can do that, they should get an award.

OS: lets set aside £100 for that alone.
that means you have £400 to set up a PC. You will have better luck going on ebay and even then you wouldn't get a fully built PC for £500 that has a 2500K a decent mobo and 8GB of RAM.

Do you have any re-usable parts? Because to be honest, assuming you at minimum you get what you asked for in your original post - an Intel i5 2500k, Asrock Ex4 Gen3 mobo, 8GB RAM and Win7 OS - that is already £458 - leaving you with £42 for at minimum a case, power supply, hard drive and graphics card.

C'mon buddy, did you think this through? :p If you get the other £400 then you are laughing. :)

are you a gamer, I could do you a build now wtihout a graphics card, what are your priorities?

this is probably your best bet, if you need this PC asap but dont game, you can make use of the onboard graphics the Z68 has.

EDIT: just did a quick spec of what youve asked for, and it comes to £585, and thats skimping on the PSU/Case (CX430W/Bitfenix Alpha)

Sorry I haven't replied in a couple of hours.
I could probably handle without a graphics card but I would like to do some light gaming if thats even possible on the onboard graphics, I think my best bet is to just wait.
