Spec me a Thai place in central London

...and before you say anything. By Thai place, I mean food.

Can anyone recommend a non-chain Thai place around Oxford Street, or somewhere between Oxford Street and Liverpool Street on the central line?

I've been to Rosa's near Spitalfields a couple of times and always enjoyed a good meal. They have one in Soho that might be close enough for you:

One of the Patara restaurants is about your best bet in my experience. There is one on greek street and one just off regent street.

There's a place near Earls Court that is very good. Give me a sec and I'll try and find it.

SUDA in Covent Garden is excellent; had some very good duck noodles there. Even my (Thai) wife really enjoyed it.
