Spec me a thermal paste/grease

As the title says, I'm pretty sure Arctic Cooling's the best brand (or so I've been informed) but I'm not sure which one's the best, the CPU and block will be lapped, not sure if that makes a difference but the info's there if it's needed

Is there a major difference between Silver 5, Ceramique and MX-2? (I've seen Ceramique in stock elsewhere, needless to say if I get MX-2 I'll get it from here though)

now i know that you generally just use a dab or 2 on the cpu / gpu instead of spreading it, MX-3 is the one to get

Just get MX-3 its like 2 quid more? and if you apply it correctly will last for ages.
