Excellent CPU and motherboard, with pretty much the best value RAM at the moment, and a very nice CPU cooler. Should get you 3GHz+ with ease.

Edit: In fact, you may as well go for an 8800 GTX. You could even keep your current PSU - it'll probably power that lot with ease.
