Hi Guys

I'm trying to find a travel tripod to take to the states with me.

My Lowe Pro camera bag has on it a tripod holder, and it would hold a tripod that is about the size of a 2 litre pop bottle when folded up.

So far everything I'm looking at is either too small and wouldn't hold a DSLR, or its too big for the bag.

I'm not looking for anything with amazing quality, just want something cheap and cheerful, but can't find anytthing the right size. Any suggestions ?

I bought it purely for travel because of it's size, folds down to under 30cm, weights 1.2kg.

It's the best bang for buck from my research, considering it is carbon fibre, it's "cheap".

lol knew as soon as you posted it would be several hundred pounds. thanks for the suggestion but anybody got any cheaper suggestions ?

Quality is not really important here.

I've got a Mefoto Globetrotter, it can handle 12Kg & packs up small & light

Mefoto also do smaller tripods if you need less weight ability
