Spec me a tv stand

Hi guys so ive got a 60 inch tv, ps4 pro, xbox one, sky hd box and a 'proper' sized amp to fit on some shelves (also a centre speaker but that will go on top shelf. This is the style im looking for but wheres a good place to get one from (i need 200mm height for the amp but not all sites list dimensions). I would like it to be around 130/140cm wide and max £300. Also ive never mounted a tv before, mine is 400 x 400, are they all the same width and its just the height that changes as shown by the multiple holes?

Both shelves are about 20cm, so the AVR can go below and my centre can go in the middle (with some space left over to angle it upwards if needed).

Thats not a massively different design to what ive currently got. The problem i have is i would like to put my centre on top, altho i imagine my wife would prefer the 'clean look' and just occupy the bottom 2 shelves.
